Personal data processing

By leaving your personal data, Biomag Medical s.r.o., with registered office at 1270, Průmyslová , 50601 Jičín, ID 06480853, becomes the controller of your personal data. By virtue of the legal title of explicit consent, we record E-mail, query ID, IP address, name , city, Message content – including health data (Sensitive data – Health), gender , subject of the query, ZIP code , state , phone number, street , www, 5 years after the consent is given. We process this data for the purpose of answering your enquiry. We also pass this data on to contractual data processors if the type of your enquiry requires it.

Your rights

You may object to this processing, as well as request the correction of the personal data provided, request to be informed of what personal data we hold about you, or request the deletion of your personal data if possible. Where there is automated processing, you have the right to data portability and not to be subject to a decision based solely on that decision. If you have given us your consent to process any of your personal data, we inform you that you can withdraw this consent at any time in the future and it is the supplier’s obligation to delete this data and not to process it further. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the Data Protection Authority) against this processing.
